Auxvasse, MO | My opinion is a chamber vacuum sealer is only way to go . I can seal a bag of water in it ,I know peaches produce gas when under vacuum, not a problem. The two problems with a chamber machine is high cost and weight , mine weighs 70 lbs I have it on a roll around cart from Harbor Freight. Check out Walton’s everything but the meat web site is where I got mine several years ago had a good sale on then.
