Hamilton, OH/ Browning, MO
What have you been planting with? These 1200’s are a special kind of boat anchor that everyone is surprised by, myself included. You’ll need a lot of hydraulic flow since it’s all hydraulic driven, and a lot of tractor weight to keep the tail from wagging the dog. When it’s raised there is negative tongue weight since all of the rows are behind the transport wheels. It’s just a very heavy planter. The retractable tongue and frame is very heavy built. Look around the control cabinet for corrosion, especially if it has fertilizer. I’ve sworn before that gremlins had built a nest inside that door.

I’ve come to like my 1200, but it’s usually a love/ hate relationship.
