I would consider a law, stating that no immigrants allowed unless working and for each working immigrant, 5 NON-WORKING persons, focused only on receiving government assistance, be transferred out of the country(trading places with the working immigrants homeland). It may get those that are capable of working to either work or moved to a 3rd world country and see how long they survive . . . . .
