Central Western VA Mountains | I’ve got to fly to Denver Colorado early September and am thinking about burning some vacation and taking a drive back to VA. I’ve never been in many of these midwestern states or the ones I have, never seen any agricultural activity. While the distances are great, I would not be in a hurry.
The wide eyed itinerary would be leave Colorado, drive halfway through Kansas, then north into Nebraska and east into Iowa. From there, I would turn south east for Missouri and then Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and home to Virginia.
The question is - what’s going on out there ag related? Combining wheat, corn, beans - what’s going on ag-wise that a small haymaker from the mountains of VA might enjoy seeing?
Thanks!
