After taking a prescribed sleep narcotic for years for my sleep disorder I wanted to get off of it as like any narcotic it required larger doses to be effective. My doctor recommend Trazodone but it left me with a drowsy feeling during the day. I finally tried a quality CBD product before bedtime. I am just about off of my other sleep aid and sleep very well now.
Sleeping pills for 2-4 hour “naps”?
