Since removing almost %100 of the carbs from my diet along with vegetable oils sleep has improved dramatically.

In your circumstances not eating for a minimum of 3 hours prior to attempting to sleep will improve your chances for success in getting restful sleep.

The "What I've Learned" YouTube channel has a short segment "Intermittent Fasting and Sleep" along with other brief videos on sleep science information.
