He does approach eating carbs from the view of addiction, by an addict himself.
I think he is a great resource from that angle alone, and he sure just says what he thinks. lol
Yet another actual doctor that ate him(or her)self to over 300 pounds while following the dietary advice that he was taught during one hour of 8 years of med school........and then found low carb.
