Oregon | Cattle ate everything they could...some were froze into ground and they’d eat the tops off those. I dunno if oats would be worth it or not for you, hopefully someone local to you will chime in. Here, if I had a field ready by the 15th, I’d go 100 lbs winter trit, 5 lbs each of turnips and radishes. But I’ve been known to seed pretty heavy and also under irrigation until 10/1. | |
