The BraunAbility company in Memphis converts vans for handicap use. One of our church members has had a couple that have been set up by them. He is a quadriplegic. Can operate his electric wheel chair but that's about it. They installed a ramp out the side door with air bags that raise and lower the suspension as needed. I believe his is a Honda van but I'm sure they can use any brand/size.
