If it is anything like putting a trimble nav system in it, its a bear to troubleshoot. Check the ISO plug near the hitch to see if its bad/no connection. Installed a nav controller on one last year and had a similar warning on the trimble screen and the plug ended up being the problem. Sounds like a fairly common issue. Any little issue with that AGCO can system will cause the autosteer to not work right from what i understand.
