The tach cable on my Hydro 70 gas keeps coming disconnected from the drive gear at the distributor.  The outside cover of the cable remains attached to the gear housing on the distributor, but the square end of the cable comes out of the drive gear.  Any suggestions?  Do I need to replace the cable, or the drive gear, or both?  Other suggestions?
