Pollinator strip a bad idea. All city people are allergic to bees.
We have had bee hives placed on our farm for 30 years. House gets built on a lot a 40 away 6-7 years ago and two years ago puts in a pool. Now it’s our fault bees are in his pool. Everybody wants to save the bees but just not here. Go somewhere else with them.
