Flex is important every range here. Our yield variance is huge.

Yes I think it helps test weigh. Much larger more robust root systems have more access to moisture and nutrients. And when under stress they abort fewer kernels. Now get too dry and end up with all rounds in the low range and that can also end up adding test weight. In extreme variable climate and conditions we will never have it all figured out. Mother nature always has the ace.
