Swaledale, IA | I nice set of knives looks good in the kitchen and that is fine to spoil yourself. But for actual use a good chef's knife, a pairing knife and a filet knife is the very most any chef will ever use. I used to run the kitchen in a restaurant and still have the chef's knife which is of no particular brand but holds a good edge and rarely will use any other knife except for eating at the table. | |
