Are you serious?
Looks mean a HUGE part of yield. I'm talking half a stand, less than a foot tall beans, etc.
And that's my point. In some springs, we NEED to dry out the ground to give these plants a good start. Soil loss aside, the best yields around here come from tilled fields 9 times out of 10. Short sighted, I understand. But true.
