Had a Woods S105 ditch bank mower a few years ago. It had 2 chains that came with it, both had a metal plate at each end with a hole. You hocked each one on either side of your top link, the the other end between the mower frame and your lower link / arm. This allowed the tractor to pick up the mower, but it would only allow it to go down so far.
Ideas for holding 3pt. hitch up?
