Canada | I have seen the change for the cameras for next year. Should work better. There is a PIP paid for by Deere if moisture builds up in the camera on the clean grain elevator. It changes the desiccant packs in the camera. Oddly enough in 2018 there wasn't a single camera that had fogging issues, and then last year it was problematic on almost all of them.
The S780 should have the updated loss fingers that mount to the back of the chaffer itself, not the small ones that normally fit in the smaller hole. We have found that when smaller ones are removed longer stalks can get stuck in the bolt holes which will cause them to plug. Fill or just tape over those bolt holes for the smaller set of fingers and that should help. | |
