If it's going to live outside, be sure to do something with the wood handles so they last.

I always cringe to see nice old triple box wagons on wood wheels sitting on nicely done displays in front yards, but then a few years later you drive by & notice the wood is collapsing. Not made to sit out in the elements unprotected. 

Then a couple of years later the 120 year old wagon is junk, except for the steel fittings.
