| Hi all,
Im working on gaining access to a new field this season and its quite substantial to the operation.
The landowner has agreed to let me farm the land for this season/next however we still need to get pen to paper. They don't want to do a lease though they want to do something else and was wondering if anyone else had any ideas.
To satisfy them, the don't want it to be a lease because they want to maintain there farm status for the all govt levels as well as property tax and if you lease your land out here you aren't eligible for that.
I need a piece a paper that I can bring to the bank saying I'm farming this land for some loan purposes.
The land owner is going to do all the tillage work and im responsible for everything else. Thoughts?
