northwest ohio | I have to go back to the doc in 1 1/2 weeks was hoping to be down 15lbs by then, going to have to work hard at it to make it. But at my age (62) the blood pressure was bugging me along with the sugar numbers creeping up.Pants already fit better.It helps that wife is a diabetic and has rheumatoid arthritis so she was willing to try also,she is seeing her numbers drop.Don't know what Doc will say, but don't care I can see the benefits. | |
