northwest ohio | Been kind of following John's way of eating, in 1 month have dropped 12lbs, sugar went from the 113 to 118 to consistent 102 -104, blood pressure down to 140/70 from 160/95. All I gave up was pop, bread except for a sour dough muffin on Sunday morning, no processed food like lunch meat,no chips, no fried foods. All the good things haha. I feel so much better already, and have not starved. No weighing foods, no counting calories,I have learned to eat foods I would not have eaten before,Thanks John!
