I think you need to do a little counting parts between a single auger and a double auger. They have the same number of parts when I count them.........
Reusing some fingers when doing that ? Never seen a corner auger cart with a belt or chain, never mind the pulleys and sprockets, extra bearings, tensioners, etc.
