So what’s your best guess? House market is hot. Land market is hot. Neither should be happening in this climate. Just those 2 things suggest a rapidly declining dollar imo
Best guess? Obviously gold. Non perishable hard assets that have real value ....non computerized machinery has been a great investment in the last decade. Land and houses.....I'm not sure...if they increase property taxes by a factor of 5 or 10 is it an asset or a liability now?
