August can help put on a ton of weight but I personally would doubt if the potential is there for a 2004 type yield. A 200 bushel national average would be incredible. 2017 showed the bushels a cool August could put on after a horrible spring. With the heat we have had the last 40ish days we have used up a lot of moisture. If I was to throw out a WAG I would think a cool August pushing us to 185ish would be a reasonable guess.
