I've been going out several times a week and gathering up some peppers, zuccinis, and onions out in the garden and frying them with butter. It's so good it seems like an expensive dish in a fancy restaraunt. The Aneheims do get warmer as they remain in the garden but cooked like this it does knock down some of the heat. Delicious, you should try it.
