Subject: Freezer is full

We quit farming a couple years ago, but we had a few steers that we kept. We had crossbred milking cows and normally sold the bull calves. Our son bred a few cows to Wagyu as he wanted to see how they would do. The only thing I knew about Wagyu was you could buy a 12 pound hunk of meat from Costco at Christmas for $999.00. So we didn’t know how this would work out. The first one we had butchered last year was delicious. We had a neighbor finish raising the steers when we sold out, so he got one. We butchered the last one and got it today. We are going to be so spoiled that. When this meat is gone we won’t know what to do.
