The following is straight from Ag Leader's Knowledgebase

A Foam Driver Error means there is a ground issue somewhere within the system. Ensure the implement ground strap is well grounded and the system shares a common ground.

An example of this would be a Direct Liquid system running with Direct Injection - be sure the high current connection for the valve and boom sections are plugged into the same 2 pin deutsch connector as the liquid module. The injection system should not be plugged in on the same 2 pin deutsch as the liquid system.

A Flow Servo Driver Failure is an error that may coincide with F.D.E. The Flow Servo Driver Failure occurs when the module is trying to draw more amperage than the system is providing - it is a power related issue, the customer may likely be using a high power splitter when this error occurs. The issue can typically be resolved by taking separate high power to one of the modules that was using the splitter before.

Lastly, if the Foam Driver Error or Flow Servo Driver Failure is still occurring, check the cabling for pinched or damaged wires. Check the connections on your cabling and at the battery itself. Make sure everything is getting a good clean connection.
