for 11 days I have been leaving out bread, pop, no lunch meat,no potatoes, no processed foods. Still have eaten plenty of food. I have followed Johns post for awhile and thought why not try. So far my sugar has dropped from 114 to 118 to consistent 102 to 104, have lost 12lbs, blood pressure has dropped from 160/98 to 145/75. Thanks John for posting. Goal is to be 200lbs by Christmas, I started at 255. Used to eat salmon patties when we where kids but haven't had any as an adult. Might have to try some this picture looks good. I wouldn't say I follow a complete Keto diet, but man just getting rid of the sugar, amazing things are going on.
