Missouri | If you have the parts already, I would go with PWM drives. Rawson's can be screwy. They're temperamental about flow and pressure. Finding knowledgeable people to help diagnose them is much harder than with PWM drives. I'm surprised you could get the system to run at all off of power beyond. That may be your problem. They can stutter on too high flow just as quick as too low flow, and without flow regulation of an SCV, I would expect unpredictable results from your setup. Maybe a valve on the pressure side to limit maximum flow would be helpful.
