Hasn't this always been the case?

We just took a round trip flight to FL and back. My thoughts are, our chances of contracting any type of sickness when flying are waaay less now than they have ever been.


No, it was not always been like that. In the 70's, I was in The navy and did fly regularly. No strip searches, well dressed clean passengers, professional terminal staff, friendly cute stewardess. A luxurious way to travel. Most people who needed cheap transportation took the bus. Now that has all changed.
