Subject: Deere 4720 with Raven RFM60P Flowmeters problem

Granville, OH
Just put new Raven 60P flowmeters on a 4720 sprayer that had broken the turbine shafts in the all stainless flow meters. Didn’t have time to wait on AgExpress adapter harness so we cut the amp connector off and put new Metri-Pack pins on the red, black, and green which were the wires on the pins in the Amp connector and used the factory metripack hookup. (There was a fourth white wire that appeared to be an extra) I went out and tried it and it appears to not be reading the pulses because in auto rate control, it runs to 100psi+ and holds no matter the set rate. In manual, it reads zero gpa no matter what speed you run but holds pressure fine.
Flowmeter 1 is pinned Green to Green, Red to Red, Black to Black
Flowmeter 2 (high flow is off) is pinned Green to orange, Red to Red, Black to Black
Am I wrong to assume with JD red is power, black is ground, and green or orange is signal? Or is there something else I have wrong on pinout? Could it have something to do with not having the foil shield on the wires? Thanks in advance for anyone with ideas
*Update: I tried high flow rate on in manual and rate stayed zero still
