John, honestly I don’t know. I love ceviche and ran across that info with a Google search. Any freezing would be better than no freezing, wouldn’t it?

I read that cold-smoking (like at 130) fish like salmon carries similar risk. But then one old dude doing a utube smoking video said he has been cold smoking salmon for 30 years with no ill effects. I did note he had slow speech and a funny twitch.  Lol
