It probably has more carbohydrates than I would want for my particular needs, but that surely doesn't mean you can't eat it.

We are having soup tonight. But unlike your soup which does not have meat, ours is all meat with home made broth. Oh often she puts some onion in so I guess it does have some vegetables.
