Purpose-built yield data software? Probably not.

But if all you need is a field boundary with point data inside, about any GIS should do. QGIS comes to mind. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux. And it's free.

Now, if you need field summaries, post-harvest weight adjustments, moisture offsets, etc., then expect to do some extra work. But it's all very doable in QGIS.
