ECND | Fly boy is right. Pretty sure it is the red wire (#12, I think).....needs a heavier wire run in it's place from power all the way to the wheel, or as close as you can get. Too much resistance in the small gauge wire and voltage drops and kicks out the wheel. It will kick out more often if you would turn your lights on.....:(
I had a 100 wheel that would do similar to what yours is doing......I would hit resume after turning on the end.....and sometimes be right on top of the line, but it would jump 4 to 5' to the right and then take about 100' to come back on the line. I even had the JD AMS guy riding with me when it would do this. He didn't have any ideas to correct the problem. I eventually bought another wheel after putting up with this for about 2 years. After we installed the new steering wheel it worked perfect.
