Southwestern Minnesota | I enjoy reading your posts. You have a beautiful family. And you are young. You have a wife in healthcare who knows what those numbers mean. Your numbers are not good and your diet needs help. Likely you can do things to improve what you eat and help the situation. But genetics likely play a factor as well, especially considering your age. There are some on here who feel the keto diet is the be all/end all answer to everything. It has some benefits, no doubt. But with your age and situation, I'd advise finding a doctor and registered dietitian who can provide you with a good plan of attack. At your young age, you have the opportunity to do a lot of prevention. Best wishes.
