Subject: 490 disc tire thickness

I am putting 11L - 15 tires on a 25 ft 490 disc. What ply is the minimum to go with?

I can get 8 ply for $59. 12 plys are $161. Just wonder if the 8 plys are enough to support the weight. It has 4 transport tires. Pretty big cost difference so i didn't want to go with 12 ply if it wasn't required.
