Lincoln County. NC | Any NH or CaseIH dealer should be able to order them through the Service Tool tab on the dealer portal. I sold a couple of those when I was doing parts up in NY. IIRC that tool retailed for $50-60 or so.
I just logged in and that tool looks to be backordered till mid August, but they often do better than what they show. The pricing they give is dealer net but my number above shouldn’t be too far off if the selling dealer is decent about pricing. Shipping costs will apply, there is no stock order option for service tools.
The kit consists of a holder for the nut on the opposite end of the tie bolt being worked on plus a plastic storage box. I couldn’t navigate the Portal well enough with this iPad to find it, but if I were buying I’d just get the tool you pictured.
