Real estate in my area is hot as well as the items already mentioned. Dad and I got a contract on a small tract last Monday. Had another offer besides ours and it wasn’t listed yet.

My father in law put his house and 3 acres just outside of town (20K pop) On the market this morning ...has 5 showings scheduled already. Two were this afternoon. Cheap interest probably helping this as well
