Its a little stretch.Took 33 % heavy cream(no additives ,un pastuerized,local farm)and 1/2 qt strawberries(very ripe)6 ice cubes.in blender till almost whipped cream.Really great replacement for icecream with zero added sugar.Put extra in the freezer and was even better partially frozen.
