LOL... I rarely hot sick til I had a kid... But if there were government guidlines in place and you didnt follow them to a T I'm sure a civil court could find you liable.
I said when L&I came out with their new requirements for employers that it was basically just a guide to filing a lawsuit for disgruntled employees.
