Subject: Pit Boss Smoker

Recently got a pit boss series 3 upright smoker and like the ease of operation over my old propane cheapie smoker.
I have been referencing heygrillhey.com for recipe's and smoking times.
It seems that it takes a lot longer then the website says to cook anything.
Do you see different times than a recipe calls for on yours? The temps seem consistent but chicken breasts that are in now call for 1 hour but we are at 1.5 and not even close to being done. Probably going to take 2.5 - 3 hours at 225.
