Post pics of the dataplates on both pump and motor. A schematic would help as well if you have one. Regarding the oil cleanliness, the particulants that you can see aren’t what is wearing you components out, they may cause a valve to stick open but are too large to fit in the clearances of pumps, motors etc. Most OEM filtration targets particulants 2-25 microns in size, 40 microns is about as small as the human eye can see. The smaller particulants wedge between the hydraulic internals and cause what is called 3 body abrasion
