North of London
Travel resorts around the world are suffering.
Our favourite vacation is to Bermuda in March before planting here begins.
Shut down just as we were to be arriving this year.

Bermuda has reopened but lots of rules and restrictions, one being you have to have insurance to cover medical IF you become infected there AND insurance to cover an extended stay if you become infected and have to wait 14 days AFTER you are better before you can fly out.
Then the final kicker is Covid is a named peril and is not covered with any common insurance so big $$$ to get anything plus, while government recommends no international travel, insurance companies could refuse to pay if you did travel outside the border.

Bermuda relies on travellers for much of their economy so resorts are closed or only partially open, locals are unemployed and who knows when things will pick up for them.

We rebooked our reservations for November but doubt that will happen now and even doubt next March will be an option, but maybe..........
