You nailed their greatest problem there. Over here an 826 was considered a gutless tractor, and it was probably because it used a Bosch rotary pump instead of an in line. Many owners installed a turbo to get the work they were bought for out of them.
They were not suited too well for Euro conditions as we also needed greater 3-point capacity than they had and their hydraulic differential lock was weak enough to be worthless.
