St. Joseph, Champaign County, IL
Looks like J&M, at least at the beginning of the Frontier line.

“Grain transport
J&M builds seven sizes of Frontier gravity wagons ranging from 165 to 750 bu., six sizes of grain carts from 525 to 1,075 bu. and three styles of header transport. Gravity wagons have automotive-type steering for improved maneuverability, control and handling. The graphite-coated tank interior enhances clean-out. Standard features include an extendable tongue, a light kit, two inspection windows and an observation ladder for easy viewing of grain. Prices for gravity wagons range from $3,374 to $11,716. Wagon running gears ranging from 8 to 24 tons are sold separately.”
