I would like to find someone that can give me pics of how to plumb a joystick for a 460 loader into a 6080. I asked on here with no luck and got more questions and a smart @ss reply on the Allis site. I honestly don’t think my dealer rely knows what he’s talking about either.

Specifically where to Tee in for supply and return.

Anybody know of any Allis guru’s that could text or email a pic.

Looking at info that I can find the 6080 has a basic open centre hydraulic system. Should be fairly easy to find an open centre valve that is equipped with a power beyond plug and install it on your tractor. A valve capable of handling 15 gpm would be ample. Something like the linked valve and associated power beyond plug should work.

If you look at page 312 of the Agco Parts Book for your tractor part number 7 is the return line and part number 9 is the pressure line. A very basic install would divert the pressure line (number 9) to your new joystick valve pressure port and the power beyond port on the new valve would continue to your existing remote valve. The return line from your new valve would be teed into the return line (number 7).
