Buffalo IL | Probably 10-15000. Did a 48x64 last year for 10000 including a new door header. Replaced all of the purlins. I would replace all the purlins on any roof replacement.
Edit did a 56x100 23-25 years ago and it was $11000 then. Both roofs have been aluminum switched to steel. the 48x64 has the no drip steel with coating on the inside. The purlins are pretty trashed from pulling the nails. I wouldn't not replace them if I put new steel on. I'ld hate have not spent $700 and have roof that the screws keep coming loose from being in old boards.
