Western ND | What you need is a sequence valve, acts like a relief but has a drain port. After searching around I found https://www.pullscraperparts.com/index.html . Just for giggles i looked up just the sequence valve on a cat 627G and it's about $750. I dont know what a complete valve block would cost, like something an Ashland uses, but I would think that would be the way to go. I included a picture of the cat sequence valve, the green is rod end oil and red is barrel end oil and return oil.
