I see the spreader pan is bent up as well... any chance it made contact with another part of the sheet metal, or cause enough vibration that maybe the spreader shaft made contact with the guard ( assuming theres a round guard around the shaft as with R62)... which led to a spark , with caught chaff or straw on fire On another note, that guard around the spreader pan much be a custom job , maybe he's backed into things more than once lol, our R62 just had a frame made of light round tube to act as the guard.
